In 2019 -2021 – no exports recorded for beef.
In 2018 Ireland exported approximately 25 tonnes of beef valued at €0.025 m.
CERTIFICATION ARRANGEMENTS: We do not have a bilaterally agreed certificate for the export of beef to Costa Rica. That said, Costa Rica seems to be one of the countries that accept exports of beef from Ireland on the basis of the general export health certificate.

EXPORTER T&C’S: The meat must satisfy the conditions set out in the general export health certificate and must be handled in DAFM-approved premises from slaughter through to boning, packing, storage and consignment
