CERTIFICATION ARRANGEMENTS: The certificate is for cooked meat products of bovine or ovine origin

EXPORTER T&C’S:

  • Exports can take place from establishments approved by DAFM to handle meat of the  bovine and/or ovine species.
  • Origin – The meat products must be derived from animals which at the time of slaughter were resident in Ireland or which have been imported into Ireland in accordance with the provision of European community legislation.

In 2023 Ireland exported approximately 26 tonnes of beef valued €0.02 m

In 2022 Ireland exported approximately 50 tonnes of beef valued €0.05 m

In 2021 Ireland exported approximately 76 tonnes of beef valued €0.10 m

In 2020 there are no beef exports recorded.

In 2019 exported approximately 284 tonnes of beef valued at €0.28 m.

In 2018 exported approximately 39 tonnes of beef valued at €0.09 m.

 

PRODUCTS EXPORTED: N/A

CERTIFICATION ARRANGEMENTS: The certificate is for fresh meat/meat products of bovine origin.

EXPORTER T&C’S:

  • No age restriction.
  • The meat must be derived from animals born and raised in Ireland or which have been imported from named countries in accordance with the provisions of EU legislation.
  • Exports can take place from all establishments approved by DAFM.

2023 Ireland exported approximately 25 tonnes of Pigmeat valued at €0.02 m.

2022 No exports are recorded.

2021 Ireland exported approximately 1 tonne of Pigmeat valued at €0.01 m.

2019-2020 no exports are recorded.

In 2018 Ireland exported approximately 14 tonnes of Pigmeat valued at €0.08 m.

 

Products Exported: Pigmeat and Pigmeat Offal.

Certification Arrangements: We do not have a bilaterally agreed certificate for the export of Pigmeat to Lebanon.  That said, Lebanon seems to be one of the countries that accept exports of Pigmeat from Ireland based on the general export health certificate.

The export health certificate covers edible Pigmeat products.

 

Exporter T&C’S: The meat must satisfy the conditions set out in the general export health certificate and must be handled at & exported from premises approved by DAFM to handle pigmeat.

CERTIFICATION ARRANGEMENTS: Ireland does not have a bilaterally agreed certificate for the export of poultrymeat to Lebanon. That said Lebanon, export. seems to be one of the countries that accept exports of poultrymeat from Ireland based on the general export health certificate.

EXPORTER T&C’S: The meat must satisfy the conditions set out in the general export health certificate and must be handled in DAFM-approved premises from slaughter through to boning, packing, storage and exporting.
