If you are considering exporting livestock/bloodstock (horses) to this market, you must fulfil certain animal health requirements that may include isolation, testing, vaccination and/or other specific sanitary conditions.

Requirements:

The animals must be properly identified, undergo a veterinary inspection, be fit to travel.  The animals must also fulfil the criteria set out in the agreed health certificate for exporting sheep for fattening and slaughter to Libya.  These include specific rules on the herds of origin, history of the animals, specific tests and health status.
