For 2021, CSO data indicate that Ireland exported 28,632 tonnes of dairy produce with a value of €89.4 million to Belgium.

For 2020, CSO data indicate that Ireland exported 34,030 tonnes of dairy produce with a value of €115.5 million to Belgium.

For 2019, CSO data indicate that Ireland exported 39,375 tonnes of dairy produce with a value of €153 million to Belgium.

For 2018, CSO data indicate that Ireland exported 32,090 tonnes of dairy produce with a value of €151 million to Belgium.

For 2017, CSO data indicate that Ireland exported 30,349 tonnes of dairy produce with a value of €157 million to Belgium.

For 2016, CSO estimates indicate that Ireland exported 25,808 tonnes of dairy produce with a value of €84.3 million to Belgium.

CERTIFICATION ARRANGEMENTS: Trade in dairy products to Belgium from Ireland is on the basis of the following certificate types;

• Public and Animal Health and Veterinary statements from Milk Policy Division's (MPD's) Menu of Statements.
• Applicants select from MPD's Menu of Statements to satify country requirements. However, custom and usage have set some precedents.
